They are best eaten in the morning when you’re starting your day because you get to fully use the energy they give for the remainder of the day. If you’re feeling tired and low on energy, a piece of bread in between meals would help awaken your senses. Make it a point to eat whole grains such as whole-wheat bread or whole-grain cereal as they contain high amounts of fiber that can thoroughly cleanse and detoxify your system.
- Eat foods rich in dairy and protein. They may be low in calories but they are exactly what you need to feel energized and pumped up. The good thing about these weight loss diet foods is that you don’t gain much eating them but you get tons of energy to get you going for the entire day. Examples of foods rich in dairy and protein would be eggs, beans, fish, and white-meat poultry.
